hello from an old friend!! i was so excited to find you!! sf told me about your blog and i gave it to one of my students (celiac). it's so fun to read all your postings! i miss you so much!! oh yeah, it's me, the new yorker who got beamed to the "middle of nowhere" which is st. louis, which by the way, is in the middle of the city. surprise!!! we are shocked at how full of stuff nowhere really is! (the twins found that you can even buy clothes here). i was thrilled to find the recipe for the red velvet cake (it's to die for), although we make it with zucchinni (does that make it green velvet?).... love you and miss you

Trader Joe's AND Whole Food Markets!! jealous?? you can come anytime (we live 15 min. from the FREE science museum and art museum and "central park" wannabe Forest park) any way, you know what? you could actually work for trader joes, your writing sounds just like their newsletter!!
