I came here by way of the TF forum. Our whole house is GF and we're starting with DF right now for one dd. Is there a post that outlines the beginning of your breatharian journey? I've read a lot of the old posts but haven't seen that part. I'm wondering about more testing for at least one of my dd's.

Thanks! I really enjoy your writing and insight.

Tabitha4ddintxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09077143790221131280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2944883925817632331.post-5963113243124827562008-07-25T21:36:00.000-04:002008-07-25T21:36:00.000-04:00Hey, if you can be inspired by bok choy, then bonz...Hey, if you can be inspired by bok choy, then bonzer! LOL!

Good on you for taking the baby steps. The "journey of a thousand miles" and all that. This whole thing isn't easy and I'm realizing how crucial it is to pace myself. Every once in a while the realization comes to me that some of this is going to be for life and it isn't going to go away.

We want to live this journey as joyfully as possible and not hanging on with grim determination--though there are days like that, too! Don't try to do it all at once. Baby steps. :)Loztnaustenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17629800078798930455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2944883925817632331.post-18863091923383064442008-07-25T21:27:00.000-04:002008-07-25T21:27:00.000-04:00i've never tried bok choy...think i might be i...i've never tried bok choy...think i might be inspired. ;)

i didn't actually plan it, & while I did SOME cooking this past week, it was very little & mostly consisted of pre-cooked (by me) frozen leftovers dressed up in a new (20min. tops) fashion. it was a nice break. today i finally wrote out a 3 meals a day/2 week meal plan though (back to 'real' cooking).

anyhow, thx for the reminders of the real-life journey. we're just beginning it & i've still got one foot in 'de-nile' & one foot in the possible upcoming reality. good reminder to pace myself (coincidentally i'm also having trouble in my running life, rather ironic since i always use running as a metaphor for the rest of my life).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
